Hoffenheim extended their unbeaten start to an 11th game with a 2-2 draw against Hamburg, who remain rooted to the foot of the Bundesliga.
The hosts made the better start to the game at the Rhein-Neckar-Arena, but their failure to take their chances came back to haunt them in the 28th minute when Filip Kostic put the visitors in front.

Florian Grillitsch gave the home side in the first half, but Frankfurt struck back after the break with goals from Alexander Meier and Aymen Barkok.
