Bundesliga round-up: Schalke and Werder Bremen move up the table

Schalke moved up to fifth in the Bundesliga on Sunday after winning 2-1 at home to Mainz on Sunday.
The Royal Blues moved up to fifth with Joel Matip and Klaas-Jan Huntelaar on target in their 2-1 win at the Arena aufSchalke.
Yunus Malli scored a consolation for the visitors, who had goalkeeper Loris Karius to thank for saving them from a heavier defeat.
Meanwhile, Claudio Pizarro marked his return to Werder Bremen with an assist as the northern Germany side broke into the top six with a win at Hoffenheim.
The Peruvian pulled on a Bremen shirt for the first time since May 2012 and the 160th time in total with his side tied 1-1 at Hoffenheim with 10 minutes to go.
He soon made an impact to set up Anthony Ujah to score in stoppage time after going close to netting himself.
Zlatko Junuzovic, who had put Bremen in front before Eduardo Vargas levelled, added a third before the final whistle to earn Viktor Skripnik's men their second win in a row.
