Ajax kept their place at the top of the table after a 1-1 draw with Feyenoord, while PSV moved second after a 3-1 win over Utrecht

Ajax maintained their three-point advantage over Feyenoord at the top of the Eredivisie after fighting back to draw 1-1 away to their title rivals on Sunday.

The pair had been locked together prior to Feyenoord's shock loss against ADO Den Haag last week.

Giovanni van Bronckhorst's side had the chance to claw the deficit straight back and took the lead through Sven van Beek six minutes before half-time, but Davy Klaassen struck on the hour mark to earn a point for visitors Ajax.

PSV Eindhoven leapfrogged Feyenoord and moved to within two points of Ajax with a 3-1 victory at home to FC Utrecht.

Bart Ramselaar cancelled out Hector Moreno's early strike for PSV, but goals from Santiago Arias and Luuk de Jong gave the Eindhoven side the points.

Cambuur Leeuwarden looked set to break their duck when they led FC Groningen 2-0 but the strugglers had to settle for a seventh draw from 12 games.

A double from Martijn Barto put hosts Cambuur two up after just 14 minutes, only for Johan Kappelhof and Jesper Drost to net within six minutes of each other early in the second half.
