Robin van Persie scored his first goal for Feyenoord since leaving the club 14 years ago, and it was worth the wait for the fans at De Kuip.
Van Persie came off the bench in Feyenoord's 3-0 win over Groningen in the Eredivisie on Thursday night and scored a brilliant goal within minutes of his introduction.
Feyenoord's win saw them jump to fourth in the Eredivisie table, but they still lie 19 points behind leaders PSV.
