With just four months to go until Euro 2016, the public has already started talking about England's chances on the big stage once more.
Roy Hodgson has spoken publicly about his team, stating that Wayne Rooney will be going as England's captain.
There was, however, no confirmed place for either Mark Noble or Danny Drinkwater in spite of their impressive performances in the Premier League this season.
Based on the data provided by the EA SPORTS Player Performance Index, league leaders Leicester, Tottenham and Bournemouth should each have two representatives in the England side.
Could this be the end of the era of players being overlooked from the league's smaller sides? Read on to see EA Sports' statistical XI...
GOALKEEPER - Jack Butland
Stoke City's 22-year-old 'keeper has out-performed his rivals for the England No 1 shirt so far this season, including Joe Hart and Fraser Forster, and has made more saves than any other stopper in the Premier League.
DEFENCE - Charlie Daniels, Scott Dann, Craig Dawson, Simon Francis
The back four interestingly sees four uncapped players selected! Two Bournemouth representatives have been selected - England's highest-ranked defender Daniels and his skipper Francis. Also selected are Crystal Palace's Dann and West Brom's Dawson, meaning there is no room for England regulars Nathaniel Clyne, John Stones or Gary Cahill.
MIDFIELD - Ross Barkley, Dele Alli, Danny Drinkwater, Mark Noble
England's best-performing midfielders dictate that a 4-4-2 diamond should be used across the middle of the park. According to the statistics, youngsters Barkley and Alli should partner Drinkwater and Noble. This means that there is no space for England regulars Raheem Sterling, Jordan Henderson or James Milner in the starting Xl.
STRIKERS - Harry Kane, Jamie Vardy
The EA SPORTS Player Performance Index statistics also reveal that it should be Leicester's Vardy and Tottenham's Kane who start up top for England this summer, meaning that there is no room for starting spots for England's traditional front pairing of Wayne Rooney and Daniel Sturridge.
