West Ham's Michail Antonio may miss England fixtures

West Ham manager Slaven Bilic says Michail Antonio may have to be withdrawn from the England squad due to a hamstring problem.

Antonio played the full 90 minutes as West Ham were beaten 3-2 by Leicester at the London Stadium on Saturday.

But Bilic reported after the match: "Michail played the whole game but his hamstring doesn't look great.

"It is very early to say, we don't know how long it is going to be.

"We have to assess him in the next couple of days. He might have to withdraw from England."

Antonio was called up by England for the first time last August but he is still waiting for his first cap.

He was named in Gareth Southgate's squad on Thursday for the upcoming matches against Germany and Lithuania.

Antonio's West Ham team mates Winston Reid and Pedro Obiang also picked up knocks on Saturday and Bilic added: "Winston Reid had to come off because of an abductor problem.

"Pedro Obiang, it was a challenge on his ankle."
