London Mayor Sadiq Khan led the tributes at Wembley to those killed in the Westminster terror attack last week.

Ahead of England's 2-0 win over Lithuania in World Cup qualifying, acting Metropolitan Police commissioner Craig Mackey, culture, media and sport secretary Karen Bradley, FA chairman Greg Clarke and Khan laid wreaths in the centre-circle.

An immaculate minute's silence was also observed by both teams and the 77,690 crowd at the national stadium in north London.

In the wake of last Wednesday's attack outside the Houses of Parliament, in which four people and the attacker were killed, an increased police presence was seen throughout the capital on Sunday.
