Sergio Ramos injured his shoulder after scoring from an acrobatic effort against Sevilla

Spain defenders Sergio Ramos and Juanfran have withdrawn from the squad for friendlies against England and Belgium

Ramos fell on his shoulder, which he dislocated earlier in the season, while scoring an acrobatic effort for his side in the 3-2 defeat by Sevilla on Sunday.

Spain host England in Alicante on Friday before travelling to Belgium for another international friendly on Tuesday.

Full-back Juanfran sustained a thigh strain in Atletico Madrid's 1-0 win at home to Sporting Gijon, and Spain manager Vicente del Bosque has called up Real's Nacho Fernandez and Athletic Bilbao's Oscar de Marcos to replace them.

Real dropped three points behind Barcelona in La Liga with the defeat, Rafael Benitez's first loss in charge of the club, but Ramos says they are already thinking about El Clasico against Luis Enrique's side after the international break on November 21.

"When we win, we all win; and it's the same when we lose. There's no point talking about individual performances," Ramos added.

"We need to be in good shape for the next game though, which is against Barcelona. They're in good form but we're Real Madrid and it's going to be an interesting match.

"We're unhappy with this result, but we have to start thinking about the Clasico now, and there's no better match to that for bouncing back. We're capable of winning.

"We're Real Madrid and we've already shown in La Liga and the Champions League that we're capable of playing well."
