Manchester United bottom of Premier League distance covered rankings for 2017/18

during the Premier League match between Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford on October 28, 2017 in Manchester, England.

Premier League tracking data shows that Manchester United have covered less ground than any other side this season.

Jose Mourinho's men, who were beaten 1-0 by Chelsea on Super Sunday, have covered 1162km so far, putting them just below relegation-threatened West Ham at the bottom of the rankings.

Chelsea, meanwhile, sit seventh in the rankings having covered 1234km, just behind London rivals Arsenal, whose total stands at 1237km.

At the top of the scale, Bournemouth have covered the most ground in the Premier League at 1256km, with West Brom, Tottenham, Watford and Burnley making up the rest of the top five.

Perhaps surprisingly given their reputation for high-pressing and hard-running, Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool rank 11th with 1217km covered, in between newly-promoted sides Huddersfield and Newcastle.
