The 24-year-old has put pen to paper on a one-year contract with County after ending her five-year stay with Glasgow who lost to Arsenal at the last-16 stage of this season's Champions League.
The centre-back joined Glasgow from Aberdeen Ladies as an 18-year-old back in 2008. She won a domestic treble in her first season at the club before making her full international debut for Scotland in 2009.
She has since won 53 caps for her country, scoring nine goals at international level and captained Scotland to a famous 2-0 victory over England in 2011.
The defender's signing is a timely boost for County (formerly known as Lincoln Ladies), after the club saw the departure of England captain Casey Stoney who rejoined Arsenal ladies earlier this month.
She becomes County's fifth signing during the close season and the second this week after New Zealand vice-captain Katie Hoyle completed a move to the club from Melbourne Victory.
The club have also signed England goalkeeper Carly Telford from Chelsea, Canada midfielder Desiree Scott from Kansas City, and England striker Ellen White from Arsenal.
Glasgow strengthened their rearguard ahead of the anticipated loss of Corsie by signing American Ella Stephan and 18-year-old Celtic defender Fiona Brown.
