The Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland will both be unseeded in the World Cup play-off draw following the latest FIFA world rankings release.
The Republic, who have risen eight places to 26th, and Northern Ireland, who drop three places to 23rd, will face either Italy, Croatia, Switzerland or Denmark.
Greece and Sweden are the other unseeded teams for the draw, which is live on Sky Sports News from 1pm on Tuesday.
England rise three places to 12th, having successfully qualified for the 2018 World Cup in Russia with victories over Slovenia and Lithuania.
After topping their qualifying group, Gareth Southgate's side have moved above Wales as well as Colombia and Mexico.
England dropped out of the top 10 shortly before Euro 2016, in which they were dumped out in the first knockout phase by Iceland.
Wales, who missed out on the World Cup and are trying to convince Chris Coleman to remain as boss, slip to 14th while Scotland, who also failed to qualify and are looking for a replacement for Gordon Strachan, are 29th.
Peru, having qualified for a World Cup play-off against New Zealand, have broken into the top 10 for the first time, while Spain have risen to eighth.
Germany remain top, followed by Brazil, Portugal, Argentina, Belgium, Poland, France, Spain, Chile and Peru.
