England have trained together back at their base in Repino

England have held their first training session together since the 2-1 win over Tunisia, as they prepare for their next test against Panama.

The Three Lions began their World Cup campaign with a late win over the North Africans in Volgograd on Monday.

Gareth Southgate's squad travelled through the night to return to their Repino base after the win, and resumed their training schedule around noon on Tuesday.

However, only the substitutes and the players who did not feature against Tunisia took part in the training session, with Southgate's first XI remaining at the team hotel to undergo recovery work and analysis.

Dele Alli did not join his team-mates and will instead undergo a scan on Tuesday afternoon after being substituted with a thigh injury late on against Tunisia.

England next face Panama in Nizhny Novgorod on Sunday before their final Group G game against Belgium on June 28.
