Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez has vowed to put Gennady Golovkin on the canvas when they meet in Las Vegas on Saturday.
The 27-year-old Mexican (49-1-1 KO34) - a three-weight world champion - arrived at the MGM Grand Resort and Casino on Tuesday ahead of his showdown with the unbeaten WBA 'super', WBC, IBF world middleweight champion (37-0 KO33).
Alvarez has lost just once since turning professional in 2005 - a majority points decision loss to Floyd Mayweather in 2013 - and is convinced he can become the first man to defeat the Kazakh knockout specialist.
"I can assure you that I will do my part and I will do my best to give you all a beautiful fight. The most important thing for me is victory," he said.
"I always prepare myself to give the best. I want this for my people, my team, for my country. And that's what I'm going to do this Saturday.
"I'm going to go in there and win the fight. I prepared myself for the knockout. Look, anything can happen in this fight. But that's what I've prepared for - to knock him out."
