Bentley also brings in Blackpool keeper on loan

Morecambe have secured first-choice goalkeeper Barry Roche on a new contract and signed Chris Kettings on loan from Blackpool. Roche has made over 170 appearances for the Shrimps since joining the League Two club from Chesterfield in 2008. He has enjoyed an impressive season for Jim Bentley's side and has agreed to stay at the Globe Arena until 2014. Shrimps boss Bentley has further boosted his goalkeeping options by signing Kettings from Blackpool for the rest of the season. Kettings has yet to make a senior appearance for the Seasiders and the teenager will provide the back-up to Roche at Morecambe. Meanwhile, Morecambe have also handed young striker Jordan Burrow an 18-month deal following some good performances for the reserves.
