Liverpool have set up a home tie with Wolves in the fourth round of the FA Cup following their win over Plymouth.
Lucas Leiva's goal was enough to set up the Anfield tie, while Southampton struck late through Shane Long to see off Norwich, and they will face Arsenal at St Mary's in the fourth round.
Newcastle completed the full fourth-round draw, beating Birmingham 2-1 to set up a trip to Oxford later in January.
Premier League sides had been largely kept apart in the draw but Manchester City, who beat West Ham 5-0 at the London Stadium in the third round, will face Crystal Palace after their win over Bolton on Tuesday in a replay.
Sutton United were rewarded for their victory over AFC Wimbledon on Tuesday with a home tie against Leeds, while Lincoln, who saw off Ipswich, host Brighton.
Chelsea will also enjoy home advantage again after being handed a west London derby against Sky Bet Championship side Brentford.
Holders Manchester United will host 2013 winners Wigan at Old Trafford on Sunday, January 29.
Premier League champions Leicester also face an away trip to Steve McClaren's Derby County while Burnley will play Bristol City.
Tottenham, who beat Aston Villa 2-0 on Sunday, were drawn at home again against Sky Bet League Two side Wycombe Wanderers.
