The Eagles claimed the domestic treble in Portugal, but only provide defender Andre Almeida and midfielder Ruben Amorim for the 23-man squad for the tournament.
Talisman Cristiano Ronaldo is one of three Real Madrid players included, alongside defenders Fabio Coentrao and Pepe, with just eight of the squad playing in the Portuguese league alongside Almeida and Amorim.
Sporting Lisbon's Rui Patricio and Braga's Eduardo represent the Liga in goal, while midfielders William Carvalho and Rafa, and forwards Eder and Silvestre Varela complete the domestic contingent.
Monaco's Joao Moutinho will be expected to provide the creative spark from central midfield alongside Miguel Veloso and Raul Meireles, while Manchester United's Nani is among the other notable names, the latter being the only representative of the Premier League.
Cut from the original 30-man squad were Porto winger Ricardo Quaresma, Lyon goalkeeper Anthony Lopes, Malaga left-back Vitorino Antunes, Inter Milan centre-back Rolando, midfielders Andre Gomes (Benfica) and Joao Mario (Vitoria) and forward Ivan Cavaleiro (Benfica).
The Portuguese are in Group G with Germany, the United States and Ghana, and will kick-off their tournament against the Germans on 16 June in Salvador.
