Hamilton complete signings of Delphin Tshiembe and Jacob Marsden

Hamilton have completed the signing of Delphin Tshiembe, subject to international clearance, and former Ipswich goalkeeper Jacob Marsden.

DR Congo-born Tshiembe, who can operate at centre-back or in midfield, has spent his entire career in Denmark.

The 26-year-old came through the ranks at FC Copenhagen but was most recently playing in the Danish Superliga for AC Horsens.

Accies boss Martin Canning said of his most recent addition: "Delph adds physical presence and experience having played top-level football in Denmark.

"He's a strong, powerful player who is equally as comfortable in central defence as he is in central midfield.

"We've been working hard to strengthen the team and will continue to do so."

Marsden was released by Ipswich at the end of the 2016-17 season and moved into non-league football to gain experience with the clubs including St Ives Town and Mildenhall.
