Paul Merson is no stranger to a bold prediction, but one wrong forecast cost the Magic Man his humility as he was forced to dress as Gonzo!
Merse is stated as recently as February he would dress as the Muppet character if Huddersfield pulled off a shock and stayed in the Premier League.
The Terriers went on to beat Bournemouth 4-1 that weekend, and guaranteed their survival on Wednesday night thanks to a superb point at Chelsea, having earned themselves a 0-0 draw against Manchester City last weekend.
