A 16-year-old England fan is among six Britons charged over violence at Euro 2016.

Marseille prosecutor Brice Robin said he had personally spoken to tournament organiser UEFA to have the teenager's tickets for future games cancelled.

A total of 10 people, including an Austrian and three Frenchmen, are to be tried on Monday, he confirmed.

The charges follow the arrest of 116 people related to disorder since the start of the championships.

The violence in Marseille was some of the most ferocious seen at an international tournament since the 1998 World Cup in France.

FA chief executive Martin Glenn says the FA is treating seriously the threat of being kicked out of Euro 2016.

During the unrest, police officers carried out CPR on a man with severe facial injuries while a 50-year-old England football supporter remains in a 'critical but stable' condition in hospital with severe brain injuries.

Meanwhile, Roy Hodgson has pleaded with England fans to stay out of trouble and continue to support the team during their Euro 2016 campaign.
