Below are the terms and conditions for 92 Live Bingo.

This promotion is open to UK, Isle of Man, Channel Island and Republic of Ireland residents, aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required. Employees (or family members of employees) of any British Sky Broadcasting Group company (“Sky”), companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter the Promotion. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter. Twitter is in no way responsible for any aspect of this promotion.

HOW TO ENTER

1.       Download your 92Live Bingo card from http://www.skysports.com/football/news/29302/9922168/play-92-live-bingo
2.       Watch 92Live on Sky Sports News HQ on Tuesday 4 August
3.       Tick off each badge when they appear on Sky Sports News HQ
4.       When you have filled in your card, take a screen shot or photo
5.       Tweet your image to @SkySportsNewsHQ with #92LiveBingo
6.       The photo must be clearly visible and completed correctly. The winner is the first person to tweet their successfully completed bingo card - all images received prior to this will be invalid.

By sending the tweet using #92LiveBingo, outlined above you consent to your photo potentially being used by Sky in the following places:

a) On www.skysports.com

b) On any broadcast showing 92 Live

1. You must be 18+ to enter this competition

2. Any Tweets submitted by you containing #92LiveBingo may be read out during transmission of our 92Live coverage on Sky Sports.

3. The promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your tweet. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

4. This promotion opens at 7am on 4 August 2015.

5. The winner is the first person to tweet their successfully completed bingo card (by this we mean the first correct tweet that we receive on our timeline) – all images received prior this will be invalid.

6. The promoter’s decision is final.

7. The winner will receive the following prize:

One pair of hospitality tickets to a Premier League game of the winners choice (subject to availability. Travel and accommodation is not included.)

8. The terms and conditions of any other third party supplier will also apply to the prize where applicable. If there is a conflict between third party terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, these shall take precedence.

9. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified.

10. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion.

11. This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.
