West Brom are waiting on final clearance to play Allan Nyom against Derby in the FA Cup after he was omitted from Cameroon's squad for the Africa Cup of Nations.

The defender travelled to France earlier this week to say he did not want to be included in the 23-man squad for the tournament in Gabon.

But the Baggies still have to wait for clearance from FIFA to see if he is available this weekend.

"Allan went out to France, they picked their 23, Allan wasn't in that 23, so he came back," said West Brom manager Tony Pulis.

"Hopefully he's available and up and running for the game, if selected."

Goalkeeper Ben Foster is likely to be rested with Boaz Myhill set for his first senior start since August while youngsters Sam Field and Jonathan Leko are expected to be included in the squad but Saido Berahino is still regaining fitness.

Darren Fletcher has scored in two of his three FA Cup appearances for West Brom (two goals).
