Highlights of Wolves' 1-1 draw with Nottingham Forest in the Sky Bet Championship

Nottingham Forest ended their poor away form as Dexter Blackstock's 80th-minute volley rescued a point in their 1-1 Sky Bet Championship draw against Wolves at Molineux on Friday night.

Blackstock had only been on the pitch for two minutes when he struck 10 minutes from time to cancel out Ethan Ebanks-Landell's first-half opener.

The draw brought to an end a run of four successive away defeats for Dougie Freedman's side - but ensured that Wolves woe at Molineux continued.

Wolves have now failed to win any of their last five home games as Kenny Jackett's team struggle to get into the promotion picture, despite putting together a five-match unbeaten run.

Forest, who had arrived at Wolves on the back of three wins from four matches, made a sparkling start with Eric Lichaj heading narrowly wide after just two minutes following a knockdown from Matt Mills.

Portuguese striker Nelson Oliveira then tested goalkeeper Carl Ikeme from 20 yards seven minutes later.

Forest responded positively to falling behind with Mills seeing a close range header well held by Ikeme.

The visitors thought that had drawn level just four minutes after falling behind when Chris O'Grady tapped home a right-wing cross from Oliveira, only to see his effort ruled out for offside.

Forest's plight would then have looked a whole lot worse after 36 minutes had it not been for the heroics of De Vries. He pulled off a stunning one handed save to deny Adam Le Fondre who had powered into the penalty area after charging down a clearance from former Wolves loanee Michael Mancienne.

The hosts should have taken control of affairs 60 seconds before the interval when Le Fondre released the impressive Graham, only for him to fire his shot into the side-netting when he just had De Vries to beat at his near post.

Forest manager Dougie Freedman was pleased with the character shown by his team to come back from a goal down to draw 1-1 with Wolves

The imposing aerial presence of Ebanks-Landell was a major headache for Forest and it needed a goalline clearance from Mancienne to prevent him converting another header seven minutes into the second half.

Ebanks-Landell again went close to scoring with a 75th minute header before Graham was denied by De Vries two minutes later.

Nottingham Forest kicked off the Football League's '10 in 10' series by coming from behind to draw 1-1 at Wolves

Successfully coming through that testing spell proved to be crucial for Forest as they were level when Wolves failed to deal with a Henri Lansbury corner and Blackstock ghosted in at the far post to volley past a stranded Ikeme.
