Alexis Sanchez could make his Manchester United debut in the fourth round of the FA Cup away to Yeovil Town on Friday (kick-off 7.55pm).

Sanchez joined United on Monday in a swap deal with Arsenal that saw Henrikh Mkhitaryan head in the opposite direction.

And Jose Mourinho has confirmed the 29-year-old will travel to Huish Park, with United set to name a "very strong team" to face the League Two Glovers.

"We want to win," added Mourinho. "We know what cups are. Manchester United played a couple of years ago at Yeovil [in January 2015] and they know the difficulties they felt.

"So we have to go with a very strong team. We are going to rest a couple of players; we also have a couple of problems that we want to try to resolve, with problems for the next matches in February in the Premier League and also Champions League. But it will be a very strong team."

Alexis Sanchez will be in Manchester United's squad to face Yeovil on Friday, but Jose Mourinho insists there is space for all his attackers

Yeovil are 21st in League Two and are the lowest-ranked team left in the competition.

But manager Darren Way said: "I want Man United to put out their best team because if we get a result then victory will taste even sweeter."

    Highlights: Burnley 0-1 Man Utd

Since beating Sunderland in January 1949, Yeovil have lost each of their last nine FA Cup games against top-flight sides, failing to score on seven occasions.

Jose Mourinho hasn't faced a League Two side in the FA Cup since January 2007 - his Chelsea side won 6-1 against Macclesfield Town, who were then managed by Paul Ince.

    Charlie Nicholas' prediction

I don't give Yeovil any chance here. I see a strong Jose Mourinho side and a very comfortable win.

I think we're all scratching our heads trying to work out where Jose Mourinho is going to play Alexis Sanchez and I think that will push everybody around him to raise their levels here.

I think that additional motivation is bad news for the hosts and I fancy Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford to get their names on the scoresheet in a comfortable away win.
