Uruguay unveil 31-man squad for Rugby World Cup

Uruguay, who will take on England at the Rugby World Cup, have named their 31-man squad which is captained by lock Santiago Vilaseca.

'Los Teros' warmed up for the tournament with a double-header against Japan, losing both games heavily.

They are expected to the whipping boys in Pool A, where they face hosts England, Australia, Wales and Fiji.

Three of the squad ply their trade in France's second division – Agustin Ormaechea of Stade Montois, Carcassone's Felipe Berchesi and Mario Sagario of RC Massy – but most are amateurs.
