Thursday 4 January 2018 16:00, UK
Former England skills coach Rory Teague has been named head coach of Bordeaux-Begles after Jacques Brunel stepped down to take charge of France.
Teague, 32, was previously backs coach at Bordeaux and as a player he plied his trade in Pro D2 teams Limoges, Tarbes, Aurillac and Grenoble between 2007-11.
In England, Teague made his name as backs coach of England U20s before becoming skills coach of the senior team under Eddie Jones.
Teague will be backed up by four assistants: ex-Ireland international Jeremy Davidson (forwards), former England flanker Joe Worsley (defence), ex-France international prop Jean-Baptiste Poux (scrum) and Ludovic Loustau (physical fitness).
Teague's first game in charge is Saturday's home clash with Lyon, live on Sky Sports Arena from 1.40pm.
