Brighton boss Chris Hughton is set to make changes for the visit of leaders Huddersfield.

Midfielder Dale Stephens, who was denied a move to Burnley last month, could return to the starting line-up having come on as a sub as the Seagulls crashed 2-0 at home to Brentford on Saturday.

Striker Sam Baldock is also poised to return in attack after serving a suspension against the Bees.

Fit-again defender Connor Goldson could make his first league appearance of the season after a knee injury.

Huddersfield head coach David Wagner is expected to choose from the same squad, with no new injury or suspension problems following his side's weekend win at derby rivals Leeds.

Saturday's match-winner Aaron Mooy was close to being rested after his exploits in both Australia's World Cup qualifiers, but the midfielder played the full 90 minutes and showed no signs of fatigue.

Joe Lolley remains doubtful after missing the last three games due to a leg injury and fellow winger Sean Scannell is struggling with a hip problem.
