Everton have donated £200,000 to help young Sunderland fan Bradley Lowery in his brave fight against cancer.
His name was also chanted by supporters of both clubs in the fifth minute of the match at the Stadium of Light.
Bradley is batting neuroblastoma for the second time and needs to raise £700,000 to afford the necessary treatment in the United States.
He was originally given the all-clear back in 2014 but the cancer was found to have returned during a check-up.
The total on his fund-raising page was closing on £500,000 late on Monday night after a host of donations, many of which came from Everton fans around the world after his appearance as mascot.
Everton have also invited Bradley and his family to the return game at Goodison Park on February 25.
