Antoine Griezmann says he is happy at Atletico Madrid and has asked to be treated like Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale regarding future transfer plans.
France international Griezmann has been linked with a host of European clubs following an impressive Euro 2016 campaign, and has admitted he would love to line up alongside Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba at club level while he has also spoken of his desire to play in the MLS.
However, Griezmann, who signed a new contract in June to keep him at Atletico until 2021, insists he still has a debt to pay at the La Liga club.
"I'm very happy at Atletico, I'm very proud to play for these fans, with these players and with this coach," Griezmann told AS.
"I want to try and pay back the confidence and care that the people at Atletico have always shown me."
Griezmann finished third in the Ballon d'Or behind winner Ronaldo and runner-up Messi, and the 25-year-old wants parity with the world's best players when it comes to questions about his future.
Pushed on where his next career move may be, Griezmann added: "I don't like this question, don't hit me with these questions about my future because for players like Cristiano [Ronaldo], [Leo] Messi or [Gareth] Bale, nobody asks them what is going to happen next year or where they are going to play.
"That's why I don't like it when they ask me, either.
"I'm happy and enjoying myself at Atletico, don't ask me about my future anymore."
