Norwich winger Sergi Canos is having a medical at Brentford ahead of a proposed deal worth £2.5m, according to Sky sources.
The Bees have needed a winger after on-loan Sullay Kaikai returned to Crystal Palace - and Canos has been their first choice.
Canos scored seven goals and played 39 times for Brentford on loan from Liverpool last season.
Brentford wanted to sign the 19-year-old Spaniard permanently in the summer but he joined Norwich in a £2.5m deal instead.

Canos has failed to break into Alex Neil's first team, making just one Sky Bet Championship start and three league appearances overall.
He last played for the Canaries in the 1-0 Fa Cup defeat at Southampton on January 18.
