As the end of the season nears, most of Europe's top teams are preparing for a busy summer transfer window.

Spain
Kylian Mbappe is Real Madrid's No 1 transfer target for the summer. This means they will let backup striker Mariano Diaz go on loan to Malaga, while Alvaro Morata is also likely to leave. (Sport)
Chelsea are interested in Ajax's Colombian defender Davinson Sanchez but will face competition from Barcelona. The 20-year-old's representatives are meeting with the Dutch club this week to discuss his future. (Mundo Deportivo)
Diego Simeone has told the management at Atletico Madrid to go all out for Sevilla midfielder Vitolo. Despite Atleti having a transfer ban until next January, Simeone wants them to sign him this summer and is willing to have him wait until the new year until he can formally become part of the Madrid side's squad, as happened with Aleix Vidal and Arda Turan when Barcelona were under a transfer ban. Atletico's sporting director Andrea Berta has been approached by Paris Saint-Germain, who have offered him a deal worth €14m (£12m) yearly. PSG hope that his arrival would tempt Simeone to join as manager in 2018. (AS)

Antonio Conte says he won't stay at Chelsea without his family and that he wouldn't like to have another year on his own while they stayed in Italy. The Blues boss is a target for Inter, and admits he's in love with Italy, but he says he will speak to Roman Abramovich soon and his goal is to lay the foundations so Chelsea can continue to win.
