Atletico Madrid midfielder Koke has topped the Sky Sports La Liga Power Rankings this week.
The Spain international scored twice during Atletico's 5-1 win over Las Palmas on Saturday, having assisted Jose Gimenez's late equalising header against Girona on the opening weekend.
Team-mates Yannick Carrasco (No 8) and Angel Correa (No 9) were also among the goals in Gran Canaria on Saturday to enter the top 10.
Real Madrid forward Marco Asensio (No 2) proved himself to be a capable replacement for the suspended Cristiano Ronaldo with two goals during Real's 2-2 draw at Sevilla.
Lionel Messi (No 3) entered the chart this week after scoring both of Barcelona's goals to help the Catalans claim a 2-0 win over Alaves. The Argentine had hit the woodwork three times during a goalless opening weekend.
Celta Vigo striker Maxi Gomez (No 6) retained his place among the top performers, scoring his third goal of the campaign during a 2-1 defeat at Real Betis.
Three players represented Leganes in the top 10, with defender Martin Mantovani (No 4) scoring a match-winning goal at Espanyol to secure the newly-promoted side a second successive victory, joined by 'keeper Ivan Cuellar (No 5) and midfielder Gabriel Pires (No 10).
