Now the transfer window has closed, Manchester United transfer target Antoine Griezmann's release clause has dropped back to €100m (£91.5m). His new contract signed in June put it at €200m (£183m) during the last transfer window to put off potential suitors as Atletico Madrid would have been unable to replace him due to a transfer registration ban.
