Tottenham forward Heung-Min Son has topped the Sky Sports Power Rankings for a second week running.
Team-mates Dele Alli (No 5, down three places), Christian Eriksen (No 6, up one place) and Hugo Lloris (No 10, up nine places) also made the top 10 after Spurs won their seventh successive league game with a 4-0 victory over Bournemouth.
Meanwhile, Mousa Dembele (No 12, up 16 places), Eric Dier (No 13, down five places), Jan Vertonghen (No 15, up nine places) and Ben Davies (No 20, up six places) also represented Tottenham in the top 20.
League leaders Chelsea saw their lead at the top of the Premier League table slashed to four points following a 2-0 defeat to Manchester United at Old Trafford.
In fact, Tottenham have nearly three times the number of Power Ranking points than their London rivals - proving Spurs are the team in ascent with just six games left to play.
Reds duo Philippe Coutinho (No 9, down five places) and Roberto Firmino (No 3, up six places) made the top 10, while Sergio Aguero (No 8, up five places) was City's only player to make to make the top 30.
Everton's Phil Jagielka almost topped the table this week after scoring in his third consecutive game during the Toffees' 3-1 win over Burnley, with Romelu Lukaku (No 4, up two places) maintaining his place among the top performers.
Crystal Palace striker Christian Benteke (No 7, up nine places) all but sealed the Eagles' Premier League status for next season with an equalising goal to salvage a point against Leicester on Saturday.
The Power Rankings methodology reflects a player's performance over the last five matchdays by awarding points to players for 32 different stats.
