Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne is back at the Sky Sports Power Rankings' summit.
De Bruyne fired past Hugo Lloris with his sixth league goal of the season during a 4-1 win over Tottenham on Saturday.
Despite missing two big chances, team-mate Raheem Sterling (No 6, up 20 places) soared up the chart with two goals, while Spurs' Christian Eriksen (No 4, up 11 places) netted a late consolation for the visitors.
Last week's table-topper Riyad Mahrez slipped to No 2 after Leicester suffered a 3-0 defeat against Crystal Palace at the King Power.
Everton's Gylfi Sigurdsson (No 3, up 18 places) scored a wonder goal during Everton's 3-1 win over Swansea, while Chelsea wing-back Marcos Alonso (No 5, up 63 places) netted the match-winner against Southampton.
Philippe Coutinho (No 7, up 20 places) broke the deadlock as Liverpool thumped Bournemouth 4-0 at the Vitality and Arsenal's Mesut Ozil (No 8, up 31 places) fired a sumptuous volley to secure three points against Newcastle.
