Marc Albrighton has committed his future to Leicester City by signing a new four-year deal.

It is more good news for the Premier League champions with the 26-year-old opting to extend his stay, along with Wes Morgan, Jamie Vardy, Riyad Mahrez, Andy King, Danny Drinkwater, Kasper Schmeichel, Ben Chilwell and manager Claudio Ranieri.

Albrighton's efforts on the left side last season have been rewarded with a new contract that will keep him at the King Power Stadium until 2020.

He told LCFC TV: "The club has been great to me since I signed, I've had some amazing times here and we've reached the ultimate by winning the league last year.

"I just think there's a really good feeling around the place. Everyone seems to want to stay at the club and I think that's a massive credit to how far the club has come in the last few years.

"It's exciting times for Leicester City football club and I want to be a part of that."

Albrighton joined the Foxes on a free transfer in the summer of 2014 after his contract with Aston Villa expired.
