Michael Keane says Burnley are "desperate" to improve their woeful Premier League away record ahead of Sunday's match against Liverpool.
The Clarets have collected just two points from 13 matches on their travels this season and next up for Sean Dyche's side is a trip to Anfield, live on Sky Sports.
Only Chelsea and Tottenham have won more times at home in the Premier League this season than Burnley, who sit nine points above the relegation zone in 12th place.
Last week, Burnley netted twice at Swansea - the first time this season they had scored more than one goal in a single away match - and Keane says it's something the Clarets are trying to improve.
"It's something we did talk about, we spoke about it a lot but now I feel like we've got bored of going over the same things over and over again," said Keane.
"We've got points on the board and we go into every game the same way. It's just not been happening for us.
"We don't really talk about it too much anymore but it's still in the back of our heads and we're desperate to put it right.
"It would have been good to nick a point at Swansea but we didn't deserve it if we're honest."
Burnley won the reverse fixture against Liverpool 2-0 at Turf Moor in August and Keane insists his side have the ability to spring another surprise.
"It's a great place to go and play, so we'll be up for it and everyone is really determined to get over this away form," added Keane.
"We're a team who are difficult to play against. No matter who comes up against us, it's not easy to roll us over and win 3-0 or 4-0.
"Teams find it difficult to break us down the way we play and with our style of football it doesn't come as a surprise to us when we get these results - it might to others.
"But in house we prepare meticulously for these games so it doesn't surprise us."
