All the latest Manchester United transfer rumours, with updates on their pursuits of Fred and Marko Arnautovic.

Fred will undergo a medical on Monday ahead of completing a move to Manchester United, according to Sky sources.

The Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder, who featured as an 82nd-minute substitute in Brazil's 2-0 friendly win over Croatia at Anfield on Sunday, is set to become Jose Mourinho's first signing of the summer.

Sky Sports News revealed in May that United were in advanced talks to sign Fred, who had previously attracted interest from Manchester City in January.

Brazil coach Tite admitted he was not surprised by United's interest in Fred, but wanted the move to be completed as quickly as possible ahead of the World Cup.

Fred says he is only focused on Brazil amid talks over his move from Shakhtar Donestsk to Manchester United.

"When this happens, and it is inevitable, they are going to come to us and our advice to them is resolve this as soon as you can so your head is back with us and focusing on the national team," he said. "If I was a manager I'd ask to sign him as well."

West Ham forward Marko Arnautovic has refused to be drawn on speculation linking him with a move to Manchester United.

The Manchester Evening News, meanwhile, report that Porto defender Diogo Dalot was in London this weekend ahead of his proposed move to Old Trafford.

Sky Sports News understands United are in talks to sign the 19-year-old full-back, with Mourinho reportedly in the market for a right-back to compete with Antonio Valencia.

Portugal U21 international Dalot is understood to have a €20m (£17.4m) release clause in his Porto contract - which expires next summer - and is thought to have attracted interest from some of Europe's leading clubs.
