Watch as Chelsea's Under-21 side were involved in the longest penalty shoot-out in English football history against Oxford United in the Checkatrade Trophy.

Each side took 17 penalties before a Chelsea side featuring Kurt Zouma and Marco Van Ginkel won 13-12.

Oxford United had four penalties to win, but missed them all, while Zouma played the full 90 minutes as he continues his return from injury.

The hero of the hour, meanwhile, was Chelsea goalkeeper Bradley Collins, who scored from the spot before going on to save the 34th spot-kick from his opposite number Wes Thomas.

Despite the result, Chelsea take just a point from the 1-1 draw and finish bottom of Southern Group C, while Oxford finish second and progress to the next round.

Earlier in the game, Josimar Quintero had struck just before half-time to give Chelsea the lead and they looked to be heading for the win before Kane Hemmings struck back for Oxford in the 90th minute.
