Sky Sports has teamed up with Football Whispers to bring you the latest transfer talk as Jurgen Klopp looks to strengthen his squad ahead of the new Premier League season.

1. Lucas Moura (PSG) - 3.5
After seeing his rating in the Football Whispers charts dip below 3.0 for the first time in five weeks, Paris Saint-Germain winger Lucas has shot to the top of Liverpool's rumoured targets, as a possible transfer continues to be discussed.
The 23-year-old Brazilian scored an impressive 13 goals in 32 starts for PSG in all competitions last season and continues to be linked with a move to Anfield.
2. Mahmoud Dahoud (Borussia Monchengladbach) - 2.7
Several British newspapers have linked Germany U21 international Dahoud with a move to Anfield in the past few months, and he has been a consistent presence in the Football Whispers chart.
Dahoud is an energetic all-round midfield talent, combining a tireless work rate and incisive movement with a broad range of passing and tenacious ball-winning.
But Dahoud is under contract until 2018, and Gladbach are adamant that he is going nowhere.

Following his appointment as Liverpool manager, Klopp has seen a host of his former players linked with following him to Anfield.
