3. Moussa Dembele (Fulham) - 3.0
Talk of Fulham's Moussa Dembele heading to Arsenal has also shot up in the last 48 hours. The Daily Star, the Daily Mirror and ESPN have all suggested the 19-year-old is on Arsene Wenger's radar after scoring 15 goals in the Sky Bet Championship last season.
The striker is out of contract this summer, but Chelsea, Liverpool, Juventus, Galatasaray and Fenerbahce are all being linked as well.

Football Whispers' algorithm is seeing a rise in the likelihood of Jovetic signing for the Gunners with a rating of 3.8.
