1. Stevan Jovetic (Inter Milan) - 2.7

Football Whispers' algorithm has seen a fall in the likelihood of Jovetic signing for the Gunners to 2.7, although the Inter forward is still considered the most likely player to move to the Emirates this summer.

Santos, 22, is tied to the Brazilian club until the summer of 2018, but the likelihood of him joining the Gunners next season has risen in recent days, say Football Whispers.
