Holders Arsenal Ladies are through to the quarter-finals of the SSE Women's FA Cup after romping to a 10-0 victory over Tottenham at Meadow Park.

Danielle van de Donk led the way for the hosts with a hat-trick, which included a superb back-heel from a Dan Carter cross.

Carter herself netted twice and the other scorers included the former Sunderland striker Beth Mead, who found the net on her debut, Carter (2), Kim Little, Dominique Janssen, Chloe Kelly and Katie McCabe.
