All the latest Arsenal transfer news and rumours from across the British and foreign press on Tuesday, May 23.
Manchester City and Bayern Munich have both made offers for Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez, according to reports in Chile
Journalist Maks Cardenas of Chilean radio station Cooperativa says Sanchez has received offers from both City and Bayern, but would prefer to be reunited with Pep Guardiola.
Celtic full-back Kieran Tierney says he has no regrets after snubbing a move to Arsenal last May.
The Daily Record revealed last summer that the Gunners were set to offer £10m bid for the left-back, who was crowned PFA Scotland Young Player of the Year for the second consecutive season.
Tierney says a short chat with Brendan Rodgers convinced him he had to stay with the Parkhead club after the manager had joined.
Tierney said: "The manager came in last year and I had been told already there was a big bid there. As soon as I trained under him, there was no convincing needed. I was going to stay at Celtic anyway."
Finally, Liverpool are favourites to sign Arsenal's Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, according to The Sun.
The Englishman is reportedly eager for more first-team starts in the Premier League, and would cost £20m with just a year to run on his current deal at the Emirates.
