All the latest Arsenal transfer news and rumours from across the British and foreign press on Saturday, June 3.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has said that deal for Leicester winger Riyad Mahrez is possible after the Algeria international asked to leave the Foxes last week.

"We have not made a bid, but personally, I like the player, yes," Wenger told beIN Sports. "I think he made a huge impact when they won the championship.

"Like at everybody else at Leicester, this season has been more challenging, but it doesn't take away from his qualities. Have we made a bid for him? No. Not yet. No, we have not. When I say 'not yet' it means it could happen. It might not happen."

The Sun also report that Arsenal are set to make a move for Barcelona attacking midfielder Arda Turan after incoming coach Ernesto Valverde gave him permission to leave the Nou Camp.

It is claimed the Gunners have already approached the player's agent and they have been in talks over a deal for at least a month.

Turkey international Turan has struggled to make an impact at Barcelona after moving from Atletico Madrid in 2015 with Inter Milan also said to be interested.

The future of Alexis Sanchez remains one of the biggest talking points for Arsenal, with the Daily Mirror reporting that Bayern Munich are increasingly confident on landing the Chilean forward.

But the Daily Mail says Sanchez will be looking to push through a move to one of the Gunners' Premier League rivals, with Man City and Chelsea on alert for his services.

There could be a battle in North London this summer as Arsenal are set to go head-to-head with Tottenham for Monaco forward Thomas Lemar, according to L'Equipe.

The Gunners have reportedly already made an £87m bid for team-mate Kylian Mbappe, with Lemar yet to agree a new deal with the Ligue 1 club and is thought to favour a Premier League move.

However, Champions League football could be the sticking point for the midfielder, who made the semi-finals of the competition with Monaco last season and won the Ligue 1 title.

Arsenal are also said to be quoting La Liga clubs just £13m to sign Lucas Perez, The Independent reports today.

It comes after spending £17m on him nine months ago as he arrived from Deportivo La Coruna, scoring seven goals in 21 appearances for Arsenal in all competitions last term.
