Arsenal remain in the hunt to sign midfielder Jean-Michael Seri from Nice. Arsenal's head of football relations Raul Sanllehi has remained in close contact with the Ivorian after failing to take him to Barcelona last summer. Seri, 26, is also on the radar of Manchester City and Chelsea. (L'Equipe)

Patrick Vieira is on the shortlist to take over at Nantes with Claudio Ranieri poised to leave the club. New York City FC boss Vieira is one of three coaches being lined up by Nantes president Waldemar Kita, with former Bordeaux boss Jocelyn Gourvennec and Standard Liege's Ricardo Sa Pinto also under consideration. Ranieri is expected to step down after Saturday's final game of the season against Strasbourg following a poor run in which Nantes have won just two of their last 14 games. (L'Equipe)

Everton have opened talks with Monaco over the possibility of signing defensive midfielder Kevin N'Doram. The 22-year-old made just seven Ligue 1 starts this season and is considering a move away from the Stade Louis II to earn first-team football. N'Doram, who can also play in defence, came through the Monaco academy and is highly-rated in his homeland with several French clubs also said to be interested. (L'Equipe)

Alvaro Morata could be set for a return to Juventus with the club keen to sign the Chelsea striker on a season-long loan with an obligation to make the transfer permanent in 2019. The Spain international played for Juve between 2014 and 2016 before Real Madrid activated their buyback clause. But following his struggles in west London, Juve have been in discussion with Morata's representatives over a move back to Turin although Chelsea's asking price is in the region of €60 million. Juventus also want to bring Marco Verratti back to Italy as part of their plan to sign at least one top-class midfielder this summer. Verratti was a Juve fan as a boy and came close to signing for the Bianconeri in 2012 before joining Paris Saint-Germain. The Italy international, who has struggled for form and fitness in Paris this season, joins Lazio's Sergej Milinkovic-Savic as the Italian champions' primary transfer targets. (Corriere dello Sport)

Napoli coach Maurizio Sarri will meet with club president Aurelio De Laurentiis tomorrow to discuss his contract and transfer plans, although the Chelsea target could be replaced by Carlo Ancelotti. Juventus have won a seventh straight Scudetto and De Laurentiis has clashed several times with Sarri over the amount of money available to the coach this summer. Ancelotti has already agreed to take over at the Stadio San Paolo should Sarri leave. (Gazzetto dello Sport)

Barcelona are stepping up their pursuit of Sevilla defender Clement Lenglet following doubts over Thomas Vermaelen and Yerry Mina's long-term suitability. The La Liga champions are desperate to add another centre-back this summer as competition for Gerard Pique and Samuel Umtiti. Lenglet, 22, has a buyout clause of €30m and has stalled over renewing his contract in Seville. (Mundo Deportivo)

Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane will have a fully-fit squad to choose from for the Champions League final after Cristiano Ronaldo and right-back Dani Carvajal both recovered from injury. The pair are due back in training this week and may even play a small part in Madrid's final league fixture of the season against Villarreal this weekend. Ronaldo suffered an ankle sprain in El Clasico against Barcelona on May 6 while Carvajal has been out with a muscle problem since April 25. (Marca)

Andres Iniesta could join former Barcelona and Spain team-mate Xavi in Qatar. One of the Gulf nation's "biggest clubs" have made the 34-year-old midfielder a substantial offer after an anticipated move to China broke down, although he still has proposals in Australia and Japan. Germany

Arsenal target Sokratis Papastathopoulos will not be extending his contract at Borussia Dortmund and wants to leave the club. The Greek centre-back, 29, is a free agent next summer and BVB have been keen to tie him down to a new long-term deal.

However, with interest from the Premier League and Serie A, Sokratis is keen on a new challenge, with Arsenal viewing him as a replacement for Laurent Koscielny following the France international's achilles injury which will keep him out until November. (Kicker)

Eintracht Frankfurt winger Marius Wolf is a summer transfer target of Borussia Dortmund and Red Bull Leipzig. Wolf, 22, only signed a new contract in January but Dortmund are preparing an offer of around €10m which could be matched by Leipzig. Wolf, who only joined Frankfurt from Hannover last summer, scored five goals and notched eight assists in 28 Bundesliga appearances this season. (Bild)
