Bolton are still looking for investment but have not yet managed to conclude a deal

Bolton Wanderers are in an "increasingly perilous" position as they attempt to arrange a takeover, according to Trevor Birch.
The Lancashire club, who are currently bottom of the Sky Bet Championship, are heavily in debt and it was confirmed on Monday that the playing staff have not yet been paid for November.
Birch has been appointed as an advisor to the board and is currently trying to facilitate a takeover, with long-time owner Eddie Davies prepared to write off the loans he has made to the club.
Birch released a statement on Tuesday afternoon which read: "We spoke to the players today and they remain upbeat and committed to doing all they can to help the club through this difficult time.
"We're continuing to negotiate with interested parties but unfortunately no one party has demonstrated all the requisite elements needed to conclude a deal yet.
"The club's position is increasingly perilous and new investment is needed quickly.
"We'd like to thank the fans for their continued support and all of the behind-the-scenes staff for their continued hard work in difficult circumstances."
Following Monday night's 1-1 draw with Brentford, Bolton are three points adrift at the bottom of the table, having won just one Championship game all season.
A consortium led by ex-Bolton striker Dean Holdsworth is among those who have expressed an interest in acquiring Bolton.
And Alan Irvin of Sky Sports News HQ reported on Tuesday afternoon: "I managed to get hold of Dean Holdsworth a few minutes ago.
"His company Sport Shield has expressed an interest in taking over Bolton football club.
"He told me that legally he could not say anything about the potential deal but he could tell me that talks are ongoing.
"He could not say any more but he did say at the end of the conversation, 'I am hopeful that something can be done'."
