Sky Sports have reported that both Fulham's Ryan Sessegnon and Manchester United's Luke Shaw are targets for Spurs.
And Spurs have also been scouting for a long-term replacement for Mousa Dembele. They have looked at Geoffrey Kondogbia, Matteo Guendouzi, Yves Bissouma and Frenkie de Jong.
Italian outlets Transfermarketweb and Calciomercato say Spurs are interested in Borussia Monchengladbach defender Jannik Vestergaard and Fiorentina's Giovanni Simeone respectively.
Bordeaux's Malcom has emerged as a target while the Daily Express have reported interest in Barcelona midfielder Andre Gomes.
