England defender Lucy Bronze is set to leave Manchester City Women and join four-time Champions League winners Lyon, Sky sources understand.
Bronze has been one of England's most consistent players since making her Lionesses' debut in 2013 and was named in the Team of the Tournament at Women's Euro 2017.
The full-back is understood to be inside the last six months of her City contract and is expected to join 14-time French champions Lyon later this month.
The 25-year-old has twice been named PFA Women's Players' Player of the Year and was last year also voted FA WSL 1 Players' Player of the Year.
Bronze joined Manchester City Women ahead of the 2015 FA WSL season after helping Liverpool win the title twice in two seasons.
City finished runners-up in the league that season, qualifying for the Champions League for the first time in their history.
She helped City win the title and the Continental Tyres Cup in 2016 as well as the Women's FA Cup in May this year.
Bronze will be the third high-profile departure from City this year. England team-mate Toni Duggan moved to Barcelona last month, while Kosovare Asllani last week joined Linkopings in her native Sweden.
