Take a look behind the scenes as Manchester City celebrated winning the Premier League title against Swansea.
Having been crowned champions when West Brom beat Manchester United at Old Trafford, City celebrated in style last weekend as they thrashed the Swans 5-0 at the Etihad.
They produced a slick display to ease to victory thanks to goals from David Silva, Raheem Sterling, Kevin De Bruyne, Bernardo Silva and Gabriel Jesus.
Amazon Prime went behind the scenes before and after the game to capture the players in the locker room and walking out to a guard of honour from the Swansea players.
