Tom Cairney signs new five-year deal with Fulham

Tom Cairney has signed a new five-year contract with Fulham to end the speculation surrounding his future at Craven Cottage.
The 27-year-old club captain has signed a deal which will see him remain with the Cottagers until the summer of 2023, with the option of a further year.
"I'm obviously delighted to extend my contract, it's all I've wanted to do, and I'm just buzzing to get the season under way," he said.
"Premier League football is back at the Cottage, and it's great to be part of the squad that got us there again."
Sky sources understand Fulham turned down a £20m bid from West Ham last month for Cairney, who scored the winning goal in the play-off final against Aston Villa.
Fulham vice chairman Tony Khan believes Cairney has a "bright future" with Fulham as they prepare for their return to the top-flight.
He said: "Based on our achievements in Tom's time as our skipper, and his contributions to our great success last season, it's an honour and a pleasure to announce that Tom will remain with us at Craven Cottage for what will be a bright future."
